By participating in telehealth services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

The Serotonin Suite website is hosted on a Hostinger Cloud Enterprise server located in North America. While website hosting infrastructure is located overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information collected through our website is handled securely and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Sensitive clinical records are not stored directly on the website hosting server and are maintained securely in accordance with professional and legal requirements.

Halaxy may store data on secure servers located outside Australia, including in jurisdictions such as the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas data storage complies with Australian privacy standards and that your information is protected in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information is retained only for as long as required to meet legal, professional, and ethical obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.
