Individuals, couples, and families of all ages across Australia.

Submit your booking request via our contact form. We will respond within 48 hours.

A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and internet connection is required. Sessions are secure and confidential.

Your psychologist will talk with you about your concerns, goals, relevant history, and answer any questions you have about therapy. Together, you’ll create a plan for your sessions.

Yes. We send automated reminder messages (email/SMS) prior to your session, but it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment time.

Fees & Rebates

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for your psychology sessions.

Psychology appointments with a registered psychologist cost $235 per 50 minute session. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will receive a rebate of $98.95, reducing the cost of the session to $136.05 out of pocket.

Medicare rebates are available for eligible telehealth psychology services in Australia if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP).

Many private health insurers offer rebates for psychology sessions (telehealth included), depending on your level of cover. Please check with your insurer.

How it works

Book a longer appointment with your GP to discuss your concerns. If appropriate, your GP will prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan and provide a referral for psychology intervention.

You can book your appointment as soon as you have your plan and referral. Make sure your referral is addressed to the psychologist you’re seeing.

The Medicare rebate for psychology services is $145.25 per session with a clinical psychologist or $98.95 per session with a general psychologist.

After paying for your session, you can claim your Medicare rebate. Many practices process this on your behalf, or you can claim through the Medicare app or MyGov.
Medicare rebates cover part of the session fee, reducing your out-of-pocket cost.

Eligible clients can currently receive up to 10 rebated psychology sessions per calendar year (in blocks as approved by your GP).

Privacy & Security

Absolutely. All sessions are confidential and conducted through secure, encrypted telehealth platforms in line with Australian privacy laws.

No. Sessions are not recorded unless specifically agreed to in writing for therapeutic purposes.

You can see a psychologist without a referral. However, you do need a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP to access Medicare rebates.

Everything you discuss with your psychologist is private and confidential. Your personal details, session notes, assessments, and anything you talk about in therapy are all kept secure and are not shared with anyone without your permission.

However, psychologists in Australia must break confidentiality only in specific situations, such as when:

  • There is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else
  • A child is at risk of abuse or neglect
  • Information is required by law (e.g., a subpoena)
  • A supervisor reviews cases for professional support (your identity is protected)

Outside of these limits, your information stays confidential, and you choose who—if anyone—your psychologist can share information with.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the session time to someone else.

Yes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur the full session fee.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations mean the psychologist cannot offer that time to another client, which results in lost income and longer wait times for others.

No. Medicare and private health insurers do not provide rebates for missed or late-cancelled appointments.

You can cancel or change your session through:

  • Our online booking system
  • Emailing our admin team
  • Replying to your appointment confirmation message (if enabled)
